So at the beginning of the present Fiscal Year (from October 2020 to January 2021), the Visa Bulletin stopped moving forward, and nothing happened. But, since January 2021 saw signs of life that were confirmed in February 2021, as well as optimistic statements from the Visa Office (from 2 to 4 week advancement for All Countries depending on the preference).
